Clippers Star Bought Haunted House From Avril

According to TMZ and Avril Lavigne‘s ex-husband Deryck Whibley, the reason current L.A. Clippers star Chris Paul got such a deal on Avril’s former home was due to an infestation.

Of ghosts.

Whibley stated in a video interview that the one thing Chris Paul should know is that the house is haunted.

Chris Paul bought the house for a mere 8.5 million dollars, a bit lower then the 9.5 million asking price.

Before Avril Lavigne was hearing bumps in the night the mansion was owned by Travis Barker, who featured the home in his reality show Meet The Barkers on MTV.

Of course, Mr. Whibley looks like he might be having some fun with the TMZ crew in the video but you never know, the recent good fortune of the perennial bottom feeder the L.A. Clippers might be supernatural in origin.
