Weird News, Ghosts and the Paranormal.

Liebster Blog Award

Well, Patrick over at The Big Seance was nice enough to nominate this blog for a Liebster Blog Award, which essentially is a ongoing ritual Bloggers apparently do that I was unaware of.

The Liebster Blog Award is said to have begun in Germany, as the word Liebster translates to favorite or dearest. The rules state that the blog has to have 200 followers or less, but as I have no idea if that means all followers combined from Facebook, Twitter or WordPress, I will just go ahead and pick five blogs deserving attention in my mind.

Here is how the awards work:

The Liebster Blog Award Rules:

1.Thank your Liebster Blog Award presenter on your blog.

2. Link back to the blogger who presented the award to you.

3. Copy and paste the blog award on your blog.

4. Present the Liebster Blog Award to 5 blogs of 200 followers or less who you feel deserve to be noticed.

5. Let them know they have been chosen by leaving a comment at their blog.

The first the blog of one of the writers on this site, who has a blog called Lurking Musings. The author is a good writer and I feel he is deserving of the attention for all the hard work and pro attitude I have seen in everything I have read from him.

He has contributed to this and another project I work on and I cannot recommenced him highly enough.

Next, is the personal blog of one Christian Cawley, who runs a variety of blogs very well in the entertainment genre. He also has been a  big help at times to my projects and is a first class guy to boot, so here gets a Liebster as well.

Although my next nominee has way more then 200 followers I cannot help but add it to the list as it is both paranormal related as well as being a smart and witty blog and an a influence for me in creating News From the Spirit World.

Ghost Theory.

I also wish to nominate the blog of book author and friend Henry Mazel, who I was lucky enough to work with a bit earlier this year. Henry has written quite a few entertaining Kindle short novellas that you really should check out.

Henry Mazel also won the OLMA award for first time mysteries.

I love this blog theme!

Scott’s Blog comes next, just because it looks really retro and cool!

And last but not least is The Sports Blitz, which is a well written and maintained sports blog I sometimes contribute to when I am writing about the NBA rather then ghosts.

Check em out!

There we have it, I have passed on the chain of awards, the internet is safe for another day.
